Good game buggy sometimes

The is a good game when it does work. Ive found that the mini games and cross breeding dont always work. Ive found I need to contact customer support to get the in game rewards which Ive won. Recently the person who has been "helping" me doesnt understand d English or is not actually reading my correspondence.
